Our project that has been already continuing covers building of two ferryboats will 50 wagon capacity to be used to carry wagons between Tatvan-Van and to construct dry docks and ports for them in Van Lake for General Directorate of State Railways (TCDD).

Constructions of dry dock:

Dry dock in 140 x 28 m sizes and 6 m height to be constructed will be used for manufacturing 2 ferryboats and their maintenance and repairing after manufacturing.

Ports:

Ports to be constructed in Tatvan and Van will be built over 32” and 40” steel piles to be driven in Van Lake. They consist of 4 pieces of ramp leg in 19.80 x 7.50 m dimensions, 8 pieces of locking structure in 13.70 x 5.50 m dimensions, 2 pieces of port panel in 32.50×16.50 m dimensions, 4 pieces of dolphin in 16.50×10.00 m dimensions and 4 pieces of port adaptation structure in 7.25×3.00 m dimensions..

Closed Block Manufacturing Workshops and Cranes:

It was constructed 2 pieces of Closed Block Manufacturing Workshops, each of them is 1.300 m², in order to manufacture steel vessel bocks without being affected by bad weather conditions and it is manufactures vessel blocks there.

It was placed 4 pieces of portal cranes, each of them has 2×20 tone capacity, to be operated in Block Manufacturing Workshops.
