Our project started in 2004 and continued currently consists of houses and closed parking lots on totally 187.000 m² construction areas on 68.000 m² land plot. The first 4 stage of the construction is completed and the 5th stage has been still continuing. Pak City with its 4 stages completed in 2010 together with its green areas and comfortable flats has been attract intensive demand and is ready to use.

Our project includes totally 15 blocks with 821 domiciles in five stage constructed with conventional mould technology. There are purification facility, football, basketball, volleyball fields and tennis courts in the area. In order to provide better living quality the project was planned and included freeways, closed garages and parking lots, infrastructure works, water tank, purification facility, landscape plan and landscape. In addition, site security is provided by means of visual security system.

Flats consist of two types of domiciles, one of them is 190 m² and includes 3 rooms and one hall and the other is 240 m² and includes 4 rooms and one hall. It was designed in order that extended families can live comfortably with 3 or 4 rooms which can be used as child room or sitting room and includes parents’ bathroom and comfortable kitchen. In addition, there are two balconies where families can enjoy together.
