The project Naz City completed in 2007 introduced the first site concept to the people of Arbil by beginning a new way in the city and the region after ordinary independent house life style of Arbil. This new way attracted a great interest from A and A+ target mass and as a result of dense demands it got started as a new living space in the region.

Our project consists of houses and closed parking lots on totally 181.000 m² construction areas on 58.000 m² land plot. It consists of 14 blocks including 700 domiciles constructed with tunnel formwork technology. There are 19.600 m² closed garage and 4.600 m² parking lots, purification facility, swimming pool, football, basketball, volleyball fields and tennis courts. It was planned and included all freeways, closed garage and parking lots, infrastructure works, water tank, purification facility, landscape plan and landscape works into the project in order to provide better living quality. In addition, site security by means of visual security system is provided.

Each flat is 227 m² and includes 4 rooms and one hall. In order that extended families can live comfortably the 4 rooms are designed to be used as child room or sitting room and include parents’ bathroom and comfortable kitchen. In addition, there are three balconies where families can enjoy together.
